Terms of Service
These terms explain how customers, artisans, and operators may use Atlast’s WhatsApp marketplace and related web portals.

1. Agreement
By messaging Atlast on WhatsApp, creating an artisan account, browsing public profiles, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Atlast service
Atlast helps customers discover and book local artisans and helps artisans receive structured job opportunities. Atlast is a marketplace facilitator. Unless we expressly say otherwise, artisans are independent service providers and are responsible for the quality, safety, and completion of their work.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep access credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into binding agreements. Artisans may need to complete verification before receiving certain job invites.
4. Bookings, quotes, and payments
Quotes, schedules, and payment instructions shared through Atlast are binding only to the extent agreed between the customer and artisan. Fees, refunds, and dispute outcomes follow the applicable booking terms and our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Atlast to send spam, harass others, circumvent verification, post false listings, scrape the service, or interfere with platform operations. We may suspend access for abuse or risk.
6. Content and communications
You are responsible for messages, media, and profile content you submit. You grant Atlast a limited license to host and process that content as needed to operate matching, support, and safety systems.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every match will result in a completed booking.
