This policy describes how Atlast collects, uses, and protects personal information across WhatsApp conversations, artisan portals, and public profiles.

1. Information we collect
We may collect phone numbers, names, location details, job descriptions, media shared in chat, artisan profile data, device/browser information, and operational logs needed to run matching and support.
2. How we use information
We use personal data to create and manage accounts, match customers with artisans, send WhatsApp notifications, process bookings, prevent fraud, improve the product, and meet legal obligations.
3. WhatsApp communications
When you message Atlast on WhatsApp, Meta processes message delivery according to WhatsApp’s terms. Atlast processes conversation content to understand job intent, recommend artisans, and keep service history.
4. Sharing
We share information with artisans or customers as needed to fulfill a job, with service providers that power hosting/messaging/payments, and when required by law or to protect users from harm.
5. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal/accounting requirements. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.
6. Your choices
You can update artisan profile details in the portal, stop messaging the WhatsApp line, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
