When does Atlast officially launch?
We are in beta now. The public launch date is shown in the countdown on this page. You can still message us, and we will tell you what is available in your area.
Do I need to install another app?
No. Customers request help and follow the job on WhatsApp. Artisans use a web portal for onboarding, jobs, quotes, and earnings.
What jobs can I book?
Electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, tiling, and related home services from verified local artisans.
How are artisans verified?
Artisans complete identity and skill checks, then a review before their profile can appear in customer matches.
How do artisans join?
Create an artisan account, complete each onboarding section, and submit for review. Profiles are never published before approval.
Is there a fee for customers?
You pay for the job you agree with the artisan. Any service fee is stated in chat before you confirm.
Where is Atlast available?
We are opening in our first Nigerian coverage areas and expanding from there. Message us to check whether your location is live in beta.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancellation and refund terms are published in the refunds policy and linked from booking confirmations.
