Be accurate
Describe jobs honestly. Artisans should keep skills, availability, and pricing representations truthful.
Be respectful
No harassment, discrimination, or abusive language in WhatsApp threads or portal communications.
Be reliable
Honor accepted jobs and agreed schedules. Cancel early when plans change and communicate clearly.
Keep it safe
Do not request or share illegal services, dangerous workarounds, or content that puts people or property at risk.
Report issues
Use in-product dispute tools or Contact support when something goes wrong. We review reports for trust and safety action.
